The interior Affairs Department of the Provincial Police will analyse the possible breach of attorney-client privilege by investigators, the National Prosecutor's Office reported. This is the aftermath of the arrest of Janusz Palikot, whose private telephone was seized by the services. According to the businessman's defence attorney, lawyer Jacek Dubois, the prosecutor's office illegally read the correspondence between him and his client. "I have not seen a bigger scandal," the lawyer said.
