The Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers adopted a bill introducing a housing allowance to the Prison Service. However, the current legislative way of the paper is rather bumpy and winding. quite a few comments on the solutions prepared by the Ministry of Justice were made, among others, by the Ministry of Finance, which, euphemistly speaking, is not very keen to increase the state's budgetary burden. MON and the Ministry of the Interior besides had reservations about the designed solutions.
