During the regulation of the United Right, Polish taxpayers' money went to a Russian propaganda lobbyist, via the Polish Chamber of Commerce, to find the writer "Black on White" Marek Osiecimski in the study "Attaboys, or Prime Minister's Upheavals". According to papers and email correspondence, then Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and then Deputy Marshal of the legislature Adam Bielan were personally active in the uprising of this House. Both politicians had influence not only on the composition of the House, but besides on its decisions at the time this institution signed a contract with a company that compromised its work for the Kremlin's people.
