During the reign of the United Right, Polish taxpayers' money went - through the Polish Chamber of Commerce operating in the US - to a lobbyist spreading Russian propaganda, "Black on White" writer Marek Osiecimski established in a study titled "Attaboys, or the Prime Minister's scions." According to papers and email correspondence, then-Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and then-Senate Deputy talker Adam Bielan were personally active in the creation of the House. Both politicians influenced not only the composition of the Chamber, but besides its decisions at a time erstwhile the institution signed a contract with a company that compromised on working for Kremlin people.
