The price of Russian Urals oil has fallen to $52 per barrel, Bloomberg reported on Monday. Meanwhile, the Kremlin had assumed a price of $69.7 for 2025, the Moscow Times portal emphasized, adding that about 30 percent of Russia's budget comes from oil and gas revenues.
