Valuable ceiling has pinned oil from Russia more strongly

Today, on September 3, a fresh price ceiling for Russian oil came into force. Now it's $47.60 a barrel. Anyone who agrees to pay Russia more will break the sanctions. These already cost the Kremlin a failure of 20% of the profits from exports of minerals this year.
