Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted a motion to the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine's unicameral parliament) to appoint Serhiy Koretsky as Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Ukrainska Pravda portal reported, citing the president of the Council, Ruslan Stefanchuk.
