The president of the Constitutional Tribunal issued a message on the "Bodnar report"

"In my opinion, the 'report' presented to the public is burdened with a number of errors," said the president of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski, in consequence to the alleged Bodnar study on investigations conducted by prosecutors erstwhile the prosecutor's office was supervised by Zbigniew Ziobro.
