The president has made a decision regarding the first bill implementing the DSA

President Karol Nawrocki signed the first law implementing the provisions of the Digital Services Act in Poland. The law implementing the provisions regarding the digital services coordinator was passed by Parliament this summer. The Sejm is inactive working on a second bill concerning mechanisms for blocking illegal content.
