President's ceremony 45 years after he was murdered

William Tolbert ruled Liberia for 9 years. He was murdered during the coup on April 12, 1980. His body was most likely thrown into the mass grave along with 13 another members of the government. Now, after 45 years, there was a symbolic ceremony of the country's leader.
