After the civilian settlement between Polnord and MPWiK, according to a amazing post by Roman Giertych, the only possible option is expected to be the dismissal of the criminal case against Ryszard Krauze and the erstwhile bodyguard of the KO MP nicknamed 'Foka'. However, as 'Rzeczpospolita' learns, the prosecutor's office for now has asked the Warsaw court for papers and intends to analyse the settlement.
