Polish facility in Caracas is safe

As reported by AP and Reuters agencies, [on Saturday the Venezuelan government accused the United States](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/state-unique-in-venezuela-night-atak-usa-in-trakt) of attacking civilian and military installations (using, among others, assault helicopters and unspecified rocket missiles - ed.) in the country and reported that Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro declared a state of emergency in the country. Prime Minister Tusk referred to these reports during the Elbląg briefing organised in connection with the weather situation in Poland.
