On Monday 2 March, the president of France [Emmanuel Macron](https://defence24.pl/polityka-obronna/nuklearna-propozycja-macrona-tusk-zapowiada-konsultacje) presented to the public a fresh concept of alleged "advanced atomic deterrence", which is to apply not only to Paris, but besides to 7 another European countries, including Polish.
