The Pentagon chooses mathematics. Race for safety in the Quantum Computer Age

The race for safety of communication in the era of quantum computers has already begun. The Pentagon focuses primarily on postquant cryptography while China develops the world's largest quantum key distribution infrastructure. However, Europe and NATO do not choose 1 of these routes.
