The pensioner demands 100 1000 zlotys from the state. The Prime Minister speaks of "abuse of law"

The 76-year-old pensioner believes that due to erroneous regulations, the state deprived him of part of the pension he was due. Now the elder is demanding compensation from the State Treasury in the amount of about PLN 100 thousand. 1 of the parties to the case is Prime Minister Donald Tusk. His lawyer accused the pensioner, m.in, of abuse of procedural law.
