One of the first judgments of common courts, which referred to the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal of 4 June 2024, file mention SK 140/20, is already final. It is the judgement of the territory Court in Szczecin, 6th labour and Social Insurance Division of 3 July 2024, VI U 528/24.
