The Holy Thursday is simply a day erstwhile the Church is peculiarly aware of the importance of the Blessed Sacrament – and consequently, besides of the priesthood, without which the Eucharist is absent. We will pray in churches and our homes for priests, asking God for strength, perseverance and all the virtues essential for the best fulfilment of the mission which Jesus Christ has entrusted them.
