The household Court in Gdańsk has not decided whether one-year-old Sara will return to the care of her parents. The reason is the request of the Ombudsman for Children's Rights to issue an additional expert opinion. The girl was found in December in the window of life in Gdańsk Matemblewo by nuns. The next day, a 32-year-old, Mr. Marcin, reported to the police station. He said that he was the child's father and wanted to get back his daughter, who had been left in the window without his cognition by her mother. Ultimately, Sara's parents filed a motion to the court to entrust them with joint custody.
