The Panama Canal will stay in Panamanian hands

The Secretary General of the global Maritime Organization (IMO), Panamanian Arsenio Domínguez, told AFP on Tuesday that the Panama Canal will stay in Panama's hands. This is simply a reaction to Donald Trump's announcements, which for respective weeks have been talking about the anticipation of the United States taking control of the waterway.
