The origin code of MobyWatela will be known only partially

This solution was suggested by the Deputy Minister already at the end of April in a conversation with “[Dziennik Gazeta Prawna] (https://www.gazetaprawna.pl/wiadomosci/kraj/artykuly/9492930,wiceminister-michal-gramatyka-pomysl-publikacji-calego-kodu-mobywatel.html)”. He admitted at the time that it was planned to **only share code snippets**, as was done with the Ukrainian app Diia.
