On Saturday, 31 October 2026, justice Anna Korwin-Piotrowska issued an order on the organisation of the work of the Constitutional Tribunal, in which, m.in, she revoked the authorisations issued so far, recommended that the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal execute their work outside the seat of the Constitutional Tribunal, and besides suspended the performance of duties of the Tribunal's employees while maintaining their remuneration. As she pointed out, it is about restoring the appropriate performance of tasks by the Tribunal.
