The Orca programme grows in size and number of offers

Eleven entities reported their willingness to tender for the transportation of submarines “Orka” for the Polish Navy. Only 7 of them have experience in the construction of specified vessels, and 3 have experience in the transfer of underwater technologies to another countries.
