The orca from Sweden is on its way. A large chance or a serious risk?

On June 29, Poland and Sweden will sign an agreement for the transportation of 3 A26-class submarines to the Polish Navy from the Saab Kockums shipyard in Karlskrona. The Ministry of National defence is maintaining the course set last year, although 2 vessels being built for Sweden are nearly a decade behind agenda and will cost about twice as much as originally planned.
