The Opportunities and Pitfalls of Cybersovereignty: Another strategy Is Not Enough

Poland will not be able to make on its own all technology it needs to accomplish full cyber sovereignty. However, it can decide which systems and data are strategic, support Polish companies in their development, and hold the ability to exercise control over solutions provided by external suppliers. During a panel discussion held as part of the Defence24 safety Forum in Karpacz, experts debated the limits of technological dependence, the function of the state, and whether the next strategy will make any difference.
