The General Assembly of Judges of the Constitutional Tribunal was held on 3 November. It was attended by 8 fresh judges. They decided that they constituted a quorum. They besides drew a disciplinary court that will deal with the president of the Constitutional Tribunal Święczkowski. And the erstwhile PiS MP Piotrowicz became the disciplinary spokesperson in this case.
