The Netherlands wants to deport a 12-year-old who has never seen Armenia to Armenia

The Dutch IND (Immigration and Naturalization Service), liable for, among another things, processing asylum applications and granting residence permits in the Netherlands, decided that the 12-year-old and his parent could be deported to Armenia, even though the boy was born in the Netherlands.
