The Netherlands chose an Israeli launcher. She won with HiMars

The Ministry of Defence of the Netherlands has concluded an agreement with Elbit Systems for the supply of 20 artillery rocket systems PULS (Precise & Universal Launching System) within 5 years. The value of the contract was estimated $305 million.
