The KRS more frequently refuses judges than agrees. It's about ruling after 65 years of life

In 2025 85 statements of judges who wanted to regulation after the age of 65 were received by the National Judicial Council. 32 consents and 51 refusals were given - according to statistic which the Ombudsman gave to the Vice-President of the National Judicial Council, justice Rafał Puchalski.
