The NCJJ is complaining about government that allows judges to be excluded from council elections. Is this an effort to block the government's Plan "B"?

The talker of the Sejm has the right to refuse to accept the application of a candidate seeking election to the National Council of the Judiciary. According to current members of that body, this could "lead to the exclusion of any candidates who are denied the position of justice by the current government, including the Minister of Justice."
