The national Republic of Germany signed an agreement to acquisition the Boeing CH-47F Chinook helicopters

On 12 July, the national Office for Equipment, Information Technology and Support of the Bundeswehr (BAAINBw) informed of the signing of an Intergovernmental LOA Agreement with the United States on the acquisition of 60 dense transport helicopters Boeing CH-47F Chinook Block II.
