The National Electoral Commission will respond to Domański's move. They are preparing letters

The National Electoral Commission will not interpret the resolution concerning the PiS financial report, but will prepare separate documents. During the NEC meeting, Ryszard Kalisz proposed an answer according to which the resolution of December 30 "cannot have legal and financial effects". The NEC did not agree to specified a solution - members are to prepare appropriate papers by January 23.
