The National Broadcasting Council initiates proceedings to penalize Telewizja Republika

The president of the National Broadcasting Council has initiated proceedings to impose a fine on Telewizja Republika. This is simply a consequence to a complaint by the Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar.
