The U.S. Department of State agreed to sale Poland Patriot kits integrated with the IBCS strategy for a maximum of $15 billion, or over PLN 61 billion. This is simply a large step towards the implementation of the second phase of the Vistula programme. Poland has requested an offset, which will should be negotiated with the programme performers.
