At the time of the publication of the current issue of the Educator, a scandalous pseudo-debate around the ‘day after’ tablet is inactive underway. On February 22, Members voted to reconstruct easy access to this pill, which was listed on the list of prescription medicines a fewer years ago as a consequence of protests by the medical community (the word “medicine” fits here, as an apology, as an ox in the carriage). On March 6, the legislature besides voted “for”. president Andrzej Duda announced that he would read the bill carefully erstwhile it hit his desk, but the paper hitting the well-being of the teenager would not sign. There is, however, nothing to be happy about, due to the fact that Isabella Leschina, Minister of Health, announces that “he has a plan B”, which he does not reveal, but “the tablet will be available without a prescription anyway”. She informed me, "I would like to do so by the end of April, so that there is simply a fresh law from 1 May." Hence, it is close to spreading misinformation in schools; after all, there were voices to teach a compulsory lesson in each class about the “day after” pill. This would be very useful for young people, provided they hear the truth.
Definitive confusion
Where did this definite confusion with the confusion come from? any people say that the alleged emergency contraception (postcoital – after intercourse; with the s. morning after pill) does not act prematurely but always contraception. In turn, any doctors and profamily organizations explain that the remedy can lead to the death of an embryo at the earliest phase of his life. What's this all about?
The answer is found in the 1965 WHO findings. Then this agenda introduced fresh definitions of conception, conception and miscarriage. Does this mean that human prenatal improvement has been different from erstwhile centuries since 1965? No, that was a political and ideological move. Take a look at the box and compare the definitions drawn from the dictionary of the Polish Academy of Sciences with the fresh definitions of WHO, which, out of the blue, stated that we have only been dealing with pregnancy since the embryo was implanted in the uterus, followed by about 7 days after conception, and not from conception! Doctors raised on a fresh definition will so convince that any interference in the human embryo (!) until its implantation in the uterus is simply a contraceptive. Latin, though. anti conceptio It's preventing fertilization. And fertilization is simply a combination of an egg cell and a sperm in a tube bubble. But already the WHO will say that it is simply a "blastocyst implantation", which is not only a curse of reality, but a sophisticated manipulation of medical knowledge.
How does it work?
Journalists ask me how, in my opinion, the tablet “day after” works. but my opinion doesn't matter. If you want to know the effect of ulipristal acetate, the active substance of the preparation, ask biochemists or pharmacists, not publicists or politicians.
The day after pill can work in 3 ways depending on the day of the cycle in which it will be taken. If a girl or a female reaches for the medicine before ovulation (release from an ovary mature to fertilize an egg, Fig. 1), the contraceptive mechanics will be shown. The tablet will block ovulation, no conception.
If the user had sexual intercourse and swallowed the specifics just after ovulation (Fig. 2), erstwhile the ovary got out of the ovary and in the ovary could connect to the sperm, giving emergence to a fresh human being, then the tablet can act anti-nidative (anti-insulation). Ulipristal acetate will change the uterine mucosa in specified a way that the embryo cannot nest in it and will be expelled from the female body.
If, on the another hand, a female takes a drug in the phase of post-ovulatory infertility (Figure 3), erstwhile it is impossible from a physiological point of view to conceive a child, due to the fact that a advanced progesterone blocks the maturation of another egg cell, then the pill will work so... it will not work either as a contraceptive or as a contraceptive. Intercourse during this period would not lead to pregnancy anyway.
Interestingly, in the leaflet accompanying the preparation, approved for the European market, we will find information only on contraception. In turn, the U.S. leaflet will read about the possible for nesting action. The product authorised in Europe has the same composition as the tablet for American women...
A pill and... sexual violence?
If individual insists that the beginning of human life is simply a confesive matter, another arguments, specified as side effects, most satisfying to the young body, are besides called against the pill. Second, the free circulation of the ‘day after’ tablet facilitates early sexual initiation, can origin increased infections of sexually transmitted diseases and exposure young people to another risky behaviours. Others, due to the fact that sex between 15-year-olds is not the norm, although the left convinces. The latest figures say that sexual intercourse at the age of 15 begins in Poland 16.4% of boys and 10.1 percent of girls (for comparison in the UK it is 55 and 45 percent respectively).
What I fear most is “help” for perpetrators of sexual force on underage girls (and adult women too). The introduction of the “day after” tablet to free circulation will equip the perpetrators of force with a tool to cover it up. Does forcing a girl or a female to take this measurement or trickling it without her cognition and consent actually service the welfare of women?
It is besides clear that limiting the age of buyers of a product over the age of 15 is not an effective prevention of pharmaceutical spread among teenage girls. The buyer of a 15-year-old can hand him over to girls younger than himself without any control. Is it so hard for the ruling to foretell that young people themselves, apart from any control of parents, educators, and doctors, will pass on a ‘day after’ tablet from hand to hand?
So I have the impression that the thought behind this solution is to bring the product into the environment of teenage children, and in addition with the hands of children themselves. In this way, a fresh outlet marketplace is being developed in this age group and the habit of utilizing contraception has been formed since the earliest years. This is an perfect solution for birth control manufacturers, due to the fact that it guarantees the acquisition of a permanent recipient for years. The most crucial thing is to start as early as possible!
