In consequence to the authoritative request of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (PTGiP), the Ministry of wellness did not confirm the legality of the usage of potassium chloride to kill children before the alleged “continuation”.
In fresh weeks, PTGiP has sent a letter to the Ministry of wellness asking for a clear position. It was about situations where, in accordance with the applicable law, it is possible to "interrupt" due to the threat to the life or wellness of the mother, and the kid has already reached specified a phase of improvement that it could last outside her body. Doctors asked whether in specified cases the procedure should aim to save both patients, parent and child, through induced or imperial birth, without resorting to the earlier killing of the child.
In her writing, PTGiP made it clear that “after the fetus has achieved the ability to live independently outside the mother’s body... the abortion procedure... cannot trust on the deliberate killing of the fetus”.
The minister is silent, but does not justify
The Minister of wellness of Isabella Leszczyna does not give a single conviction that might propose that killing a kid before childbirth is acceptable. There is no excuse for the practice of injecting potassium chloride straight into the heart of an unborn child. Nor does it indicate that specified a method is legal, essential or compatible with medical standards.
Against the expectations of a pro-abortion environment, Leschina did not dare to support the methods utilized by Jagielska in Oleśnica. This is simply a very crucial silence – the Ministry of wellness is full aware that infanticide is not a form of "abuse interruption", but a violent violation of the law.
Oleśnica: Poison alternatively of Rescue
In the infirmary in Oleśnica, Dr Gizela Jagielska uses the practice of injecting potassium chloride into the child's heart before the abortion procedure – in order to avoid the situation in which the kid is born alive. This is simply a brutal infanticide, without any support in Polish law.
Anna Twardowska, a lawyer cooperating with pro-life organizations, notes:
“A kid who has the ability to live outside his mother’s body is full protected by the law. Injecting potassium chloride is not a medical procedure, but a brutal execution. Any doctor who does so should respond to the penalty.”
Felek from 9th period – investigation continues
The case of Felk, a kid killed by Gizela Jagielska in the 9th period after the conception, is inactive the subject of prosecutorial proceedings. The boy was suspected of having a genetic illness – bone fractures. alternatively of caring and respecting his life, he met with poison in his heart and death in suffering.
The value of human life cannot be disregarded. The Felk case, tragically deceased in the 9th period of pregnancy, remains a symbol of the request for clear ethical guidelines in medical practice that defend the life and dignity of all person.
