A "strongly attached body" that will be able to effectively combat the crisis will be isolated at the Ministry of Interior and Administration. The Ministry of State will take over any of the tasks carried out by the liquidated (although the government safety Centre does not recognise the liquidation of the Ministry). This is 1 of the effects of strengthening the function of the Ministry of abroad Affairs in the crisis management system.
