Ministry of Finance takes charge of taxation offices: this is the end of baseless taxation controls

The Sejm received a petition aimed at abolishing the practice of instrumental criminal-tax proceedings only to suspend the limitation of taxation obligations. The subject has been present in public space for many years. Although the case law of the NSA argues that the existing rules are sufficient, more and more votes - including from the Sejm, request amendments to the rules. These proposals include, inter alia, the work to supply concrete evidence before the proceedings are initiated and independent supervision of fiscal decisions. The Ministry of Finance will now deal with the case.
