The Ministry of Digital Affairs is ready to cooperate with the president of DSA

After over a year of work and adoption by the government, the draft amendment of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means is dealt with by the Sejm. The rules are crucial for the implementation of the EU Digital Services Act into the Polish legal order.
