The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage is preparing a revolution for cultural workers. In autumn, there is to be a draft amendment of the Act on Cultural Activities, which is to introduce an additional yearly salary, i.e. the alleged "Thirteen". According to Samorzad.pap.pl, it responds to the increasing request for the environment and a step towards equalising the rights of cultural workers with another sectors of the budget.
