The ministry is demanding the return of PLN 210 million from Father Rydzyk's foundation. There is simply a suit to the court

The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage has filed a suit with the court to invalidate the contracts concluded between the ministry's erstwhile minister Piotr Glinski and Father Tadeusz Rydzyk's Lux Veritatis Foundation and to award the amount of PLN 210 million with interest to the state treasury. As reported by the head of the ministry, the foundation refused to scope a settlement. The case concerns the "Memory and Identity" Museum.
