As a consequence of Agnieszka Majewska’s efforts on behalf of entrepreneurs, the ministry is beginning to work on regulations concerning the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). The aim is to mitigate the negative effects of the Social Insurance Institution challenging an individual’s entitlement to social insurance after many years.
