The Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek did not give approval to print his property statement, explaining this with safety reasons. papers of another members of Donald Tusk's government have already appeared on the KPRM website.

The property statements of members of Donald Tusk's government were published on the Chancellery website of the Prime Minister in the tab “Members of the Council of Ministers”. There are documents, among others, of the Minister of wellness Jolanta Sobieranska-Grenda, Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun and Minister of Culture Marty Cienkowska.

In accordance with standard practice, the author's consent to the public publication of the paper is given in each declaration of property. In this case only 1 surname is missing – Waldemar Żurek, the fresh minister of justice.

WP wanted to see statements

According to the data on the KPRM website, the information was published on Monday evening. The case was referred to by the HR, which had asked fresh members of the government to make their property statements available a period ago.

– For reasons of safety – the Minister received threats, including life threats – we cannot supply information related to his message of property. We stress that there is no legal basis in the current government for making this data available under the current circumstances. The assets of public officials are protected, especially in situations where there are legitimate concerns about their safety and the safety of their families, they have been answered.
