On Sunday, the Minister of Defence reported that a carrier rocket with 45 loads, including a satellite of the Polish-Finnish company ICEYE supplied to the Polish Armed Forces under the MicroSAR program, was launched from Vandenberg Space Base, California in the United States.

All Polish satellites are equipped with proprietary radar with synthetic aperture (SAR). This technology allows the satellite to "see" day and night, and microwave waves penetrate clouds, smoke and fog.
