The Supervisory Board of the Company defined the desirable competences of candidates who would like to sit in the seats of the members of the Management Board of the VII term. This includes cognition of the manufacture in which CTM operates, access to classified information with at least the ‘SAY/NATO’ clause. However, the deficiency of access to specified information does not exclude a candidate; if specified a individual is elected, he or she will be required to complete the individual safety survey within 21 days of his or her appointment.
