On December 7, the 81st anniversary of the nipponese attack on Pearl Harbor, a celebration of the symbolic location of the keel of the nuclear-powered assault submarine USS Arizona (SSN 803) took place at the General Dynamics electrical Boat shipyard in Quonset Point, Rhode Island.
