The legislature adopted 1 of the laws adapting Polish law to the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). However, the Higher Chamber introduced a crucial amendment to it: representatives appointed by the president of the Republic of Poland, the Sejm and the legislature are besides to join the National Council for Digital Services. The regulation will now return to the Sejm.
