Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Finnish president Alexander Stubb spoke with Vladimir Putin. They stated that they acted in coordination with Kyiv, but not on behalf of all of Europe. The initiative was criticized by Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, who warned against acting on one’s own.
