The last neo-judge in the management of the courts of appeal loses his position

Minister of Justice Adama Bodnar on Thursday asked the board of the Court of Appeal in Białystok to express an opinion on the dismissal of justice Sławomir Wołosik from the position of vice-president of this court. The vice-president is suspended from his duties as of today.
