The Russian government is preparing fresh net control mechanisms. Technological companies are to block access to VPN and persons considered to be "suspected" may be restricted to utilizing only the government's "white list" of websites. any laws have already entered into force, and the remainder of them are to follow this lead later this month. The aim is to deepen the isolation of the information society.
