Robert Hernand, Deputy Prosecutor General, was charged with committing a disciplinary offence and violating the dignity of the office, the National Prosecutor's Office announced on Wednesday. The case concerns the situation of January 12, 2024, erstwhile Hernand recorded a conversation with Adam Bodnar without his consent. The recording afraid the dismissal of the national prosecutor Dariusz Barski.
