The interior safety Agency (ABW) and the police foiled a planned assassination effort in Warsaw targeting a U.S. and Ukrainian citizen. On August 7, a Russian citizen was detained who was allegedly recruited by Russian intelligence services and was preparing the assassination on behalf of the Kremlin.
